Understanding Your Warranty

All smart watches, wearables, and smart home devices sold by AITECH include manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product:
Typical Warranty Coverage
- Smart Watches & Wearables: 1-2 years manufacturer warranty
- Smart Home Devices: 1-2 years manufacturer warranty
- Accessories: 90 days to 1 year, depending on the product

What's Covered
Manufacturer warranties typically cover:

What's NOT Covered
Warranties typically do not cover:

- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from use with incompatible devices or accessories
- Software issues (may be covered separately by manufacturer)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Verify Your Warranty
- Check your product documentation for warranty terms
- Confirm your product is still within the warranty period
- Ensure the issue is covered under warranty terms
Step 2: Contact AITECH

- Product name and model number
- Description of the issue

- Proof of purchase
Step 3: Warranty Processing
